Beautiful People #6 |Valentine Edition

Hello People! I thought I would do on of the Beautiful People Link Ups today, and since it is a Valentine Edition…seemed perfect for today. 😉

1. How long have they been a couple?

Um, well considering that aren’t really a ‘couple’ right now and won’t be until the next book…well, this questions becomes unanswerable. But by the start of the next book they will have been a couple for almost two years.
2. How did they first meet?

They met in Lunaeld. (My fantasy story world) Breanne was running for her life away from some nasty elves, and Jonathan was just hanging around the forest with his twin sister, Anna.
3. What were their first thoughts of each other? (Love at first sight or “you’re freakishly annoying”?)

Breanne was a little disgusted, I mean she was trying to do something, like I don’t know saving the kingdom and her life. And then all of a sudden this boy comes up and doesn’t seem to understand that there are elves chasing her that want to kill her and that she has to get out of the forest, to where her friends were waiting for her.

Jonathan on the other hand. Well, he didn’t really have any first thoughts about, except to wonder why she was in the forest in the first place…and alone. I mean how foolish. And who was she to start yelling at him to get out of her way. But other than that, she was just another girl.
4. What do they do that most annoys each other?

Breanne has the habit of wondering off alone…and she always ends up in great danger when she does. Yes…that is just a little bit annoying, I mean VERY annoying to Jonathan, especially when she has come back to where ever they happened to have been staying at almost dead.

Jonathan has this habit of being very ‘feeling’. Which for some one who is ‘thinking’, like Breanne, it is annoying. Plus, he doesn’t like her wandering off to be alone…she doesn’t know why. I mean she only nearly died on such wanderings once.
5. Are their personalities opposite or similar?

There personalities are very different. Jonathan is a INFP and Breanne is a ISTJ. So..they are very different.
6. How would their lives be different without each other?

Breanne’s life would be different, in the regard that she would have probably never gone back to Lunaeld a second time and she would be living a life completely without friends.

Jonathan also would have probably never gone back to Lunaeld for a second time, and her would have his twin sister still.
7. Are they ever embarrassed of each other?

NO! Jonathan is very proud of who Breanne is, and Breanne is very happy to have a friend like Jonathan.
8. Does anyone disapprove of their relationship?

No. Everyone they are around think they are a good match.
9. Do they see their relationship as long-term/leading to marriage?

Yes. Jonathan would never enter into a relationship, or have one for as long as they will have a relationship, unless they planned on marrying at some point.
10. If they could plan the “perfect outing” together, where would they go?

Breanne would think the perfect outing would be sitting on a cliff top over looking the sea, and Jonathan would find any outing perfect as long as Breanne was happy with it.

So, there you go! What do you think?

TTFN, Mary

P.S Happy Valentines Day!!

  1. Lunaeld! What a lovely name for a fantasy world. I’m wondering why she’s being chased by Elves!! Did they start chasing her at random? =o Of course, it’s hard to tell from this edition of Beautiful People what the plot is, but the relationship itself sounds quite romantic and not like there are many bumps in the road. Good luck with your WIP!

Thank you! It took me all afternoon to put it together. If I remember correctly it is a little bit of Latin and Old English and it basically means ‘moon age’. 🙂
As for the elves, in Lunaeld there are about four different types of elves, three of these elves are fairly nice to human. But the elves that were chasing her (Wood Elves) aren’t particularly fond of humans, especially when they are intruding in their home, even if it was unintentional. So these elves decided that they needed to catch her and lock her up (maybe even kill her (their king wasn’t very, um, nice))…which they failed at doing. 🙂
      Thanks! 😀

  2. I love writing characters who have really different personalities. XD I don’t know why! The…clashing is fun?! The conversations can be so sparky. ^_^
    These two sound wonderfully adorable!
Thanks for linking up with us!
